At Jones, we strive to deliver your face makeup products quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days within the United States.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days available at checkout for an additional fee.
Overnight Shipping: Available in select areas for urgent orders (additional fee applies).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and order size at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this number to monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Address Accuracy

Jones is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
